Globalization and technology that give easy access to information have created a new competitive paradigm. It is necessary to take a much broader view of the world in order to understand what happens in each country. As a consequence, it is more difficult for companies to compete, even in its home market. In addition, new technologies have blurred the barriers to entry in certain sectors and easy to replicate business models has increased considerably. This seminar develops basic concepts combining them with data and cases for managing international business.
