This course examines the design of an effective business model for a new business venture. It should be taken after completion of the first course “Entrepreneurship: Opportunities, Screening and Risks* (1BWL160.1EDOU.RBS). It presumes the prior identification and discussion of a new venture opportunity and seeks to build a business model and inter-related marketing, organisational, and funding strategies to best exploit the new product or service opportunity identified.
