Online - Colloquia
During a facultative online-colloquium a group of students prepare and discuss different topics based on research documents and case studies under the supervision of a tutor during online conference-sessions via the Internet. Two thirds of the colloquium are done as individual homework and one third of the time is done online using a conference software. A minimum of 15 participants is required to conduct an online-colloquium with low fees.
The facultative online-colloquia have been especially designed for students residing in countries where Educatis University does not yet have a partnership with an academic institution and where students cannot afford to physically attend one of the conventional colloquia.
Colloquia (in-class-seminars)
An in-class colloquium is a facultative academic seminar for advanced students led and moderated by different lecturers on various topics of a specific field of study to consolidate and reflect the subjects learned in previous online-seminars.
Colloquia are offered on a regular basis by Educatis University at the premises in Altdorf, Switzerland or by our international partner institutions. A minimum of 20 participants is required to conduct a colloquium with low fees.
